Through InnovX Academy, InnovX brings experienced professionals and industry experts into the classroom to complement academic learning with practical business insights. The initiative focuses on exposing students to real-world entrepreneurial thinking, allowing them to learn directly from practitioners who have built, scaled, negotiated, and adapted within complex business environments.
The latest session took place with 3rd-year Bachelor students at the Faculty of Management and focused on one of the fundamental components of any business plan: defining the buyer persona. Guided by Aimen Aldahash, students worked on refining their customer profiles and testing how their proposed solutions address concrete market needs through practical examples and applied exercises.
As students continue developing their business plans throughout the semester, each session contributes to adding structure, strategic clarity, and analytical depth to their projects, preparing them for the final pitch and evaluation. The program is developed in collaboration with Adina Saniuta and the Faculty of Management, reinforcing the shared objective of strengthening the connection between academia and the broader business and innovation ecosystem.
