Strengthening Global Bridges for Innovation Across Europe and Latin America
In November 2025, InnovX was invited as a key participant in the final networking event of the EU–LAC Innovation Cooperation Initiative, held in the vibrant Mexico City.
Represented by our Chief Growth Officer, Anca Luca, we joined fellow incubators, accelerators, policymakers, and innovation leaders from across Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean to reflect on cross-continental collaboration, showcase impactful partnerships, and set the stage for future cooperation.
What We Brought to the Table
✅ Showcasing Results on Stage As part of the “Successful Partnerships” panel, InnovX proudly presented its cybersecurity-driven collaboration with Centro de Innovación UC (Chile), which was initiated through the EU–LAC initiative and evolved into a dual-use innovation partnership under ECYBRIDGE, our EU-funded program. The collaboration features expert matchmaking, knowledge exchange, and joint participation in upcoming cybersecurity conferences, all focused on resilience and dual-use solutions.
✅ Pitching Progress and Ambition During the “Achievements & Goals” session, Anca Luca spotlighted two of our proudest milestones:
- The launch of a strategic partnership with ENRICH in LAC, unlocking LATAM opportunities for startups in our programs.
- Advancing EU–LAC collaboration in cybersecurity and dual-use innovation, with a clear goal of discovering solutions that serve both societal and security needs across continents.
✅ Matchmaking with Impact We reconnected with peers from both EU and LAC in back-to-back bilaterals, reinforcing partnerships and committing to co-designed innovation actions for 2026.
