Let us introduce a new member of the InnovX team! Luiza-Maria Jipescu, Business Framing Facilitator, joined our team in 2022?
Designer of meaningful experiences for people, with 14 years of experience in program development and project management within a multinational IT company.
Luiza was part of IBM Romania’s team as Digital Lead and Co-Marketing Lead, and for the last 8 years as Corporate Social Responsibility Manager. During these years she has been developing and implementing education, resilience and sustainability programs following a people centric approach and empowering multidisciplinary and multicultural teams work together to finding solutions to some of the most pressing social issues. Luiza considers that embracing the Design Thinking mindset and the power of innovation is key to solving complex human problems.
With every bootcamp, the first week is dedicated to finding out more about the innovators in the program by applying the Design Thinking methodology. As a result, we identify the challenges and recommended solutions for each of our companies in an action plan, which will guide them towards the best solutions from our program and overall customize the pre-acceleration phase by 30%. Luiza is the coordinator of the Design Thinking week.
