Let us introduce a new member of the InnovX team! Irina Constantinescu, Chief Spinoffs Officer, joined our team in 2022?
She has over 15 years of experience in public and private financial institutions, working closely with: ministers, parliamentarians, bank officials, ambassadors, journalists.
For 7 years she has been coordinating and implementing projects for the representation of the European Commission in Romania and the European Parliament, accumulating during this time the entrepreneurial experience.
For 12 years she worked in a non-bank financial institution with state capital, of which for 5 years she coordinated departments responsible for risk, marketing, communication, institutional relations and government programs.
She graduated from the Faculty of International Relations, has a master’s degree in Business Law, as well as numerous certified specialization courses.
Until now, she took part in the Design Thinking week as a mentor. Each company had a personalized 90 minute session with 7 of our mentors, receiving valuable input from various fields of expertise. As a result, we have identified the challenges and recommended solutions for each of our companies in an action plan, which will guide them towards the best solutions from our program and overall customize the pre-acceleration phase by 30%.
